Tuscan food is basic Italian cuisine, ranging from meat dishes flavoured with herbs, to pasta and bruschetta. Game and Italian cheese are important element to Tuscan dishes also. The best place to go for reasonably priced traditional cuisine is the Piazza Santa Maria Novella.
